Hi, everyone. I know it has been a while since you heard from me, and I apologize for that. Life got really busy, and I set myself some schedules that were unrealistic. So I come to you today with some new ideas and a new schedule.
New schedule: Skipping a week
Moving forward, I’m going to post every two weeks. It will be easier for me to research and gather information for you (and me, because I’m amazed at how much I’m learning with this project). I’ll still be offering tips and ideas like I did in the gluten-free posts. Recipes will still pop up from time to time in posts. I’m not going away. I’m just posting a little less often, because…
Working on a Newsletter!
I’m currently working on ideas on a monthly newsletter to offer to my email list. I plan to put in links for the most recent research on food allergies as well as some tales of my adventures with food allergies. I’ll toss in a recipe or two, as well.
Want to see something else in this newsletter? Drop me a line and let me know.
I’m on Substack!
In case you don’t know what that is, Substack is a newer social media platform many writers have moved to in order to share their content with subscribers. I’m considering what I want to share on there, and I’m thinking of making it food related. Allergy-free living will show up there, as well. Feel free to follow me there. I will eventually have a paid subscription…once I figure out what I want to share.
Thank you for your patience. More is coming soon!
Be safe. Eat safe. And savor life!
